PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The insurance industry is a stable and opportunistic choice for those who desire the ability to take charge of their own career path. Insurance is a vital part of our lives as Canadians, and it affects us in all that we do. As a member of this industry, you will often be the first point of contact when a crisis situation arises. In choosing an education in insurance, you are choosing to step into a rewarding career where you make a difference in the lives of those in your community.

triOS has developed the Insurance Specialist Diploma program to give students everything they need to flourish in several different roles within the industry. As a student you will be taught the core skills, knowledge and approaches needed to start your new career.

The Insurance Specialist diploma program will qualify graduates to pursue positions such as Insurance Broker, Technical Service Representative (Insurance), Customer Service Representative (Insurance), and Producer (Insurance).

Eligibility to complete RIBO exam through the Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Ontario Secondary School Diploma or Equivalent Mature Student Status (18 years of age and minimum Wonderlic Test score of 18) Minimum Business test score of 60% or higher Clear police check.
