Personal Support Worker Clinical Supervisor (November 2017, Part-time)

triOS College Business Technology Healthcare Inc. London campus is actively seeking either a Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse interested in joining the campus team as a Clinical Supervisor for our Personal Support Worker program.

Primary Responsibilities: The primary responsibility of this position is to provide supervision and mentorship for triOS students completing their personal support worker clinical placement. This supervision will occur in the placement facility.

Qualifications: The successful candidate will be a Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario with a minimum of 2 years of practical work experience working with PSWs. Previous clinical supervision experience is preferred. Demonstrated leadership skills including supervision, motivation and facilitation are preferred. Intermediate MS Office skills and strong command of the English language both written and verbal are essential.

The successful candidate must have a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle as this position requires travel to the clinical placement facilities.

Hours of Work: This position is a part-time position. Hours of work will be during the day, Monday to Friday, and will vary depending on the facility.

Start Date: The scheduled start for this opportunity is November 2017.
