"I am proud to say that I graduated from the Medical Office Assistant Program last year and continued my course of studies by enrolling in the Pharmacy Technician Diploma program....next week I will be starting my co-op placement at a pharmacy company, and am looking forward to gaining the practical, hands-on training in order to pursue my career.

The staff at triOS were wonderful, which is why I referred so many friends that are presently attending triOS. They were caring and concerned about my progress, as well as my well being. triOS even asked for feedback that would improve the programs as they are always looking at ways to better the programs that will make us employable.

This is an experience I will remember for a lifetime, and will always be able to talk aout triOS with pride..."

Deanna Marion,
triOS Graduate

"I entered into the Network Engineer program being a skilled tradesperson, with almost no computer skills. I found triOS, along with great instructors and directors, to be very supportive and helpful during this great transition into the IT industry. During my last six months of my Network Engineer (NE) program at triOS College, I had the opportunity to volunteer as a part-time Network Technician. I would be at the campus by 8:00 am and spend the first 5 hours volunteering. Then by 1:00 pm, I would go to class. During this time, I really got the hands-on experience which helped me become more confident in the Network Engineering field. I gained a wealth of information by consulting with my co-op supervisor, who was always there when I needed him. Through this experience, I also had the chance to gain a better understanding and then apply what I was learning in class.

My major role as a Volunteer Network Administrator was to assist with classroom computer setup and troubleshoot internet/network problems. These six months of volunteering really enhanced my computer skills, but most of all, helped me obtain valuable experience in the IT field. Volunteering is a commitment, and I knew that I could do it! While contributing to the campus community, I was also gaining knowledge and experience for myself, and was able to know more of the triOS staff and students. I also volunteered for the Showcase Ontario, which was also a great experience.

My six months of volunteering at triOS, Mississauga campus, played a major role in helping me secure full-time employment after I graduated. I am presently working at triOS Head Office, as a Computer Service Technician. And to this I am grateful! I highly recommend these volunteering opportunities, because you will find them to be a very enriching and rewarding experience."

"After my graduation from triOS College, I had no problem gaining employment. Unlike the faculty at a lot of colleges these days, the faculty at triOS was always incredibly accessible and helpful, always willing to give up their personal time. I've found that the opportunities I had to work one-on-one with staff like Bruce Caine, Amy Green, Nancy Broderick, and Sue Beaule served as a solid foundation for the student-faculty interaction I experienced at triOS.

With a director like Anne Bonello it's no wonder that this college is as great and fulfilling as it is."

"I came to triOS looking for an education that would lead me not just to a job, but a career. With a diploma in Fine Art from Fanshawe College, I was finding it difficult to get the kind of work I wanted. I decided to enroll in the E-Commerce Web Development program at triOS College. Already having an interest in graphic arts and a hobby as a web designer, I thought the course offered at trios best incorporated my interests.

My year at trios was like any other aspect of life. It was full of ups and downs, obstacles, insecurities, accomplishments, proud moments and shortcomings. It was not an easy road by any means, but that¡¦s what has made it so worthwhile. Nothing in life is ever easy. However, by no means, did I do it alone. Trios¡¦ number one asset is their Instructors. So very few education institutions have Instructors that care and want to help their students the way mine did at triOS. My Instructors not only taught me what was important to know in my field of work, but also went out of their way to offer support and opportunities that I *know* helped me to get the job that I now have.

My advice to other students is to act upon the input that your teachers give you. I attended the Internetwork events here in London that my Instructors were adamant about visiting. On one occasion a company called CoreSolutions was giving a presentation. There, I met a former student from triOS who works with the company. He introduced me to his project manager who was currently looking for a graphic/web designer for their company. I gave him my business card (which I ordered for $6 from Vistaprint), I then talked to the CEO who gave the presentation. I sent in my resume and a week later I got an interview. A week after that, I got the job ƒº I know I was a lucky one to get a job so quickly out of school. But my point is that you have to keep active in applying and, more importantly, *meeting* people/employers. This is not something I was use to, nor did I enjoy. But I now see the benefits from doing so. Use your Instructors and Career Services Consultant. They themselves have many contacts, even if it¡¦s a former student.

I am writing this on my 8th day on the job in between projects. I love my new job and career. It¡¦s just what I had hoped for when I started triOS. I kept my eye on this goal throughout my year at triOS and nothing was going to deter me from it. Keep the faith. I am lucky I didn¡¦t have to wait months or years to get to my goal, but things always have a way of working out. My best to the rest of you. I am proof that trios grads *can* get the job they want."

"I've attended triOS College for about a month, and I am certain that it was the best choice of school I could have made. I feel quite satisfied as the teachers and staff all show great professionalism and are very approachable. In addition, there is a very positive atmosphere at the school. Class scheduling is awesome, I come to school in the mornings and I have the rest of the day to take care of all my other responsibilities. I feel that triOS is equipping me to contribute and succeed in today's demanding workforce."

Elizabeth Martinez
Current Student - triOS College

"My personal experience with triOS training has been a very positive one.  The instructors really know their stuff.  Anyone can deliver a course, but the triOS instructors really take the time to know and teach the material from a practical hand's on level.  For me the ability to ask questions is key and the triOS instructors are good at providing answers to even the most challenging questions.

Surprisingly often, they will be able to give the answer off the top of their head.  But, if they can't they will do research and get back with an answer.  They are really committed to what they are doing and seeing that their students learn the most possible.

The whole triOS organization is obviously very committed to students from web course schedule lookup, online course registration, training environment, quality trainers to providing of post training help; I would personally recommend triOS training to any one interested in pursuing their MCSE or seriously interested in furthering their technical knowledge."

"When I decided to take IT training I researched many schools, triOS College London stood out from the beginning. The professional attitude of the entire staff, coupled with a frank explanation of each of the roles lead to my success in IT, was the key to my choosing triOS.

From Admissions, to Financial Aid, to my Qualified Instructors and Career Counselling, the triOS experience has been excellent and fulfilling.

It is not often that something lives up to expectation. TriOS has certainly done this for me. They promised expert training and counselling and delivered. They promised it would be hard work but it would pay off.  My success has plenty to do with my hard work but the triOS team has nurtured it."

"Just wanted to let you know that I had applied to the city of Mississauga for a "Help Desk" position I did the interview and several days later I received a call back from the HR interviewer. She had explained to me that I did not get the position because they felt I would have been better suited for a higher position "Systems Specialist" (basically monitor and take care of the servers) and she had forwarded my resume to the gentlemen who were doing the interviews for that position.

A week later I received another call for a second interview, which I went to. The interview was a technical interview, but thanks to that refresher course I attended sometime ago, Oleg had taught, the answers came back to me. I believe they liked my willingness to learn more than just what I was taught at triOS, which was inspired by all my instructors Vlad, Karl, Mike and Oleg. Two days later I got a call with a job offer and I started on the Monday, which was back in September."

"Great news! I was hired yesterday by Kelly Services for one of the tech. positions at IBM. Thank you ever so much for all your efforts . First PTG, then Liberty and now this; I am very pleased to say the least.

I will be starting my new assignment on Oct. 4th with an orientation at Kelly Services and then with IBM on the 7th. Thanks again for your assistance and continued success for you with triOS."

Jonel Gheta,
triOS Graduate

"I found the staff to be extremely helpful and their knowledge of the related material was unsurpassed. I enjoyed my education with triOS and am now working in the field I studied. Thank you for the team effort that the teachers promote and thanks triOS for helping me succeed."

Dave Taylor,
triOS Graduate

"...I entered the Computer Network Systems Specialists course and graduated with honors with an MCP certificate (Microsoft Computer Professional).

As a mature student going back to school, I found the experience very challenging and rewarding. It was a challenge balancing family life and studying. The rewards of my dedicated work paid off with the success of my marks and the knowledge I gained that made me employable and more confident in the technical field.

I am currently working in the educational field instructing people in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access. I also provide assistance with the administration of a network of 65 computers.

With my education, knowledge and experience I have been teaching night school courses on Microsoft Applications as well as receiving small contracts from people for individual tutorial and setting up network systems."

Lauretta Webb, MCP
Graduate - triOS College

"As a Service Solutions Center representative at Canada Trust, I need to be able to answer questions on a wide array of problems in a short period of time. The training I received at triOS College gave me the skills required to keep up with the fast, ever changing pace of technology. With the strong leadership, knowledge and motivation coupled with the friendliness of the instructors and administrators, the overall environment was productive of both education and enjoyment.

With an education from triOS, the only barriers you will face will be those that you set for yourself. "

Paul Whaling, MCSE+I, CNA, CUSA

"I received my Bachelors Degree with majors in Computer Information Systems, Management, and Business Administration 8 years ago. I worked in the field as a Systems Analyst/Programmer and Systems Administrator, and never had a need to get Microsoft certified.

This summer I accepted a position at Baker College of Port Huron as the Coordinator of Networking and Computer Networking Instructor. I suddenly saw the need for Microsoft certification, and I needed it FAST! Dr. Sullenger, the president of our campus, suggested triOS College. Baker College of Port Huron has programs available to transfer MCSE certification for credit towards Associates and Bachelor degrees. Dr. Sullenger knew triOS offered MCSE training, and in the accelerated format I needed. The Sarnia, Ontario campus of triOS was near our campus in Port Huron, Michigan.

I found the triOS instructors knowledgeable and friendly and the overall atmosphere very focused toward certification. I also benefited from the dedication shown by my fellow students. The staff at triOS was there for me, whatever I needed. Being in an ever-changing technology field, it's rare to be in a place where people understand what it is that we really need to know in our careers. I found that knowledge and understanding at triOS.

I received my MCSE certification (along with MCP and MCP+I designations), with triOS's help in just 6 months. triOS keeps a pace as fast as I do¡K at the speed of technology."

Robin Frontiero, MCSE, MCP, MCP+I
Graduate, triOS College

"My tenure at triOS College provided me the benefit of experience that no other certification track could have afforded me. Nothing beats hands on experience!

Real world labs provided industry standard experience necessary to compete in the work force. Professionally experienced instructor led training is the only method I could honestly recommend to anyone considering IT certification & triOS met the mark on all accounts."

Frank Joseph Quinto, CAN, CUSA, MCP+I, MCSE
Graduate, triOS College

"Prior to registering with triOS, my life was at a standstill. I had completed my university and over a year later, still was no closer to finding that career I so desperately coveted. Now, my life has substance and I have a great career.

I decided on a career within the I.T. Industry for a few reasons. One was a fairly lengthy casual interest in the field. The main reason, I must admit, was the knowledge that the I.T. Industry is one of the main economic growth areas in the world. No matter where you are, computers function the same way and use the same hardware and software. I chose triOS as my training source mainly because of their reputation for providing outstanding service both during and after the training period.

Like any other student, when I enrolled at triOS, I was hoping for a valuable learning experience and a quality job at the end. triOS came through on both counts.

John Lavigne, Hons. B.A., MCSE, MOS, A+, Network+
Graduate, triOS College

"In 1998 I made a decision to go back to school and be retrained in the IT industry. Previous to this decision I had been a Class A Automotive Technician. Due to an injury I was unable to continue on in my chosen profession and had to make a decision about my future. I chose to go into the computer industry, because in today's world you have to have a computer backing to succeed in anything.

I picked the Computer Network Support Specialist Program and decided that I would put all I had into making this happen. Prior to taking this course, I had no computer experience at all. It was a very trying time at first to take it all in, but I never gave up.

My advice to anyone thinking of taking a computer course is that it will be a very trying situation to be in, as the pace of learning is very fast. You must be willing to put in the extra work that will be required to succeed but the final result will be more than worth the effort put into it. I firmly believe that the choice that I made to go back to school was the best thing that I have ever done, and if I can succeed in this field with no previous computer experience, anyone can do it!"

Pat Ennet, MCP+I, MCSE, MOS, MCT, CUSA
Graduate, triOS College

"The training that I received at triOS College, as well as the certifications, led to incredible opportunities in the IT field.

I was offered a terrific and exciting job flying across Canada and being part of a dynamic team that installed Windows NT for a major insurance company.

Skills and hands-on experience that I learned helped me prove my abilities in the I.T. field. I consequently received a promotion within a month of starting the job."

H. Scott Elliott, MCSE,MCT, A+, Network+
Graduate - triOS College

"This is just an appreciation letter to say grateful I am with the education provided by your institute. Having a full-time job and studies demands a lot of time and energy. But, I am so pleased that triOS provided me enormous support since the first day of class.

Moreover, I'm so proud and happy having a job that I can consider as a start to my career in a short period of time after I finished my course at triOS. Also, this course gives me a lot of confidence to face the demands of the job market despite of being a newcomer to this country."

Susan L. Montoya,
Graduate, triOS College

"I am now the Technical Support Analyst for Pepsi's Canadian head office. I was offered the job late last week and accepted in on Monday of this week. It has been really exciting and was made possible because of the great training I received from triOS. It provided me with the skills necessary to acquire such a high-end job. Thanks to everyone who helped me out in this wonderful journey.

I'm on my way to the top!

Dan Cox, Technical Support Analyst

"I would like to take this opportunity to express a heartfelt "thank you" to you and your staff for a fulfilling educational experience.

In this day of mediocrity, I am totally impressed that you have so many true "professionals" under one roof. These are rare commodities today.

I am satisfied that I selected triOS College as the venue to advance my computer knowledge. With several people vying for the same positions in Windsor, I feel the extensive training I have acquired will undoubtedly ensure I will be a true competitor in today's aggressive job market."

Cathy Ducharme
Graduate triOS College

"For the past ten years, I'd been solidly employed, but looking to advance my skills. I started to look around at various organizations and was encouraged by what I saw at triOS. They had a clear and precise plan in place that would take me on a path to a new career. The support I got was unbelievable. Everyone in the organization was there to help me every step of the way. At the end of it all, I got TWO job offers, both leads coming from triOS.

We had seminars, information sessions, lunch and learns, all sponsored by triOS. ¡K

Now I am an alumnus, I get to participate in courses to further my career at a fraction of what it would normally cost. This allows me to stay current and gives my employer the advantage of keeping up-to-date with all the latest technologies.

For my money, triOS was the best choice!"

Michael Coulton, MCSE
Graduate, triOS College

"I had worked for two Financial Firms in the Toronto area in the Information Technology field for a combined totally of over 16 years when I found myself out of a job due to a takeover and subsequent restructuring.

I was looking for work for about 6 months and I almost got a job - 3 times - but I was not hired due to my lack of a recognized designation. That's when I decided to get my MCSE.

I landed a great job offer from the 5th largest Information Technology firm, who actually visited triOS, looking to recruit new staff. It was perfect timing since I had just completed my program. It was a dream come true.

I feel my I.T. training was well worth the time, money and effort. I am now more confident and better educated after my triOS training and recommend it to anyone who is serious about entering the Information Technology field.

Thanks triOS, for all your support and friendship. I will be back to continue my training there and can recommend triOS to anyone!"
