Microsoft Applications Instructor (Immediate, Contract, Part-time)
triOS College Business Technology Healthcare Inc., Toronto campus, is actively seeking a business professional with advanced knowledge and experience using the Microsoft Office suite of programs to work with us as an Instructor for our Microsoft Applications courses.
The primary responsibility of this position is to provide quality delivery of assigned courses utilizing a variety of instruction strategies, techniques and delivery methods to meet the individual learning styles of the students, in a safe and civil learning environment. Instructors are responsible for teaching assigned courses in accordance with course competencies, taking daily attendance, and as required, grading class tests, assignments and exams.
The successful candidate will ideally have post-secondary education in business management and extensive advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. A minimum of 5 years of work experience using MS Office applications is required. Previous teaching experience is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with a professional attitude are critical to success in this role.
Hours of Work:
There are two opportunities available. One would be to teach 8am - 12pm and the other to teach 6pm - 10pm. All hours will be scheduled during the week Monday to Friday.
The scheduled start for this position is immediate.
