GENERAL INSTRUCTOR REQUIREMENTS
All Instructor positions are required to provide quality delivery of assigned courses utilizing a variety of instruction strategies, techniques and delivery methods to meet the individual learning styles of the students, in a safe and civil learning environment. Instructors are responsible for teaching assigned courses in accordance with course competencies, taking daily attendance, and as required, grading class tests, assignments and exams.
CURRENT INSTRUCTOR OPPORTUNITIES
LEGAL INSTRUCTOR – (Immediate)
We are actively recruiting for legal professionals interested in joining our Brampton campus team as an Instructor for our Law Clerk and/or Paralegal programs. To be considered for opportunities within our Law Clerk program you will either be a licensed Lawyer in good standing with the Law Society of Upper Canada or a Law Clerk. To be considered for opportunities within our Paralegal program, you will either be a licensed Lawyer or licensed Paralegal in good standing with the Law Society of Upper Canada. In addition to the above qualifications, the successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years practical experience related to the legal profession. Experience with legal software programs, specifically PC Law and/or DIVORCEmate, is preferred. Your professionalism combined with intermediate MS Office skills, superior communication and organizational skills will be essential to success in this role. Hours of work for this position will either be 8am-12pm or 1pm-5pm, Monday to Friday.
PERSONAL SUPPORT WORKER CLINICAL INSTRUCTOR (For Future Opportunities)
We are accepting resumes for future opportunities from experienced Registered Nurse's (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse's (RPN) interested in clinical Instruction opportunities with our Personal Support Worker (PSW) program. To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must be a RN or RPN with the College of Nurses of Ontario with a minimum of 2 years practical work experience working with PSWs. Previous clinical supervision experience is preferred and theory teaching experience would be considered an asset. Excellent communication and organizational skills along with a professional attitude are essential. The successful candidate must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle. This position requires travel to the clinical placement facilities. Hours of work will be during the day, Monday to Friday, and will vary depending on the facility.

CAMPUS ADMINISTRATION POSITIONS
EDUCATION CONSULTANT ( Various GTA Opportunities – Hamilton, Mississauga, Brampton, Toronto, Scarborough and Oshawa Locations)
We are actively seeking dynamic sales professionals and established relationship builders to join our team as Education Consultant, for our Greater Toronto Area (GTA) campuses. We have various campuses and potential opportunities throughout the GTA.
The Education Consultant is responsible for recruiting, qualifying and enrolling new students into our college programs. Any student seeking admission to a program must first pass through a consultation and evaluation process with the Education Consultant.
Primary responsibilities for this position include - telephone prospecting through contact and follow-up with potential students; recruit new students through regular and ongoing outreach activities; interview and test applicants using the triOS pre-screening and sales process; establish and maintain rapport with student body and staff to promote referrals; and maintain regular data entry in our college administration system, TCAS.
To be considered for these opportunity you will have a minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales related position; prior experience in sales in the Private Career College industry would be preferred; excellent written and verbal English communication skills; excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills; excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills; and proficiency with Microsoft Office is essential.
