GENERAL INSTRUCTOR REQUIREMENTS
All Instructor positions are required to provide quality delivery of assigned courses utilizing a variety of instruction strategies, techniques and delivery methods to meet the individual learning styles of the students, in a safe and civil learning environment. Instructors are responsible for teaching assigned courses in accordance with course competencies, taking daily attendance, and as required, grading class tests, assignments and exams.
CURRENT INSTRUCTOR OPPORTUNITIES
BUSINESS INSTRUCTOR (April 2014)
We are actively seeking a business professional interested in joining the Brampton campus team to teach within our Business programs. The successful candidate will have a post-secondary education in business management and 3 to 5 years of practical experience in Canadian business and either marketing and/or human resources. In addition, the successful candidate will have extensive advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 2010 applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Previous teaching experience is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a professional attitude are required to be successful in this role. This position is a part-time opportunity, working on average four (4) hours per day, Monday to Friday either 8 a.m. – 12 p.m. (Noon) or 1 p.m. – 5 p.m.
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ASSISTANT INSTRUCTOR (For future opportunities)
We are accepting resumes for future opportunities from experienced Occupational Therapists interested in joining our Brampton campus team as an Occupational Therapy Assistant program Instructor. The successful candidate will have the knowledge and experience in Medical Terminology (Anatomy, Physiology), the appropriate education and a minimum of 2 years practical experience in a Canadian clinical occupational therapy setting. The qualified candidate must be registered with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario. The ability to enhance written material with personal experience is required. Intermediate MS Office skills as well as excellent communication and organizational skills as well as a good command of the English language are essential. This will be a part-time opportunity, hours of work for this position will be 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday.

CAMPUS ADMINISTRATION POSITIONS
EDUCATION CONSULTANT (Immediate)
We are actively seeking a dynamic sales individual to join our team as Education Consultant, at our Brampton Campus. The Education Consultant is responsible for recruiting, qualifying and enrolling new students into our college programs. Any student seeking admission to a program must first pass through a consultation and evaluation process with the Education Consultant.
Primary responsibilities for this position include - telephone prospecting through contact and follow-up with potential students; recruit new students through regular and ongoing outreach activities; interview and test applicants using the triOS pre-screening and sales process; establish and maintain rapport with student body and staff to promote referrals; and maintain regular data entry in TCAS.
To be considered for this opportunity you will have a minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales related position; prior experience in sales in the Private Career College industry would be preferred; excellent written and verbal English communication skills; excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills; excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills; and proficiency with Microsoft Office is essential.
