Administrative Assistant (Immediate, Full-time)
triOS College Business Technology Healthcare Inc., London campus, is actively seeking a customer focused administrative professional to join our campus team as Administrative Assistant.
The primary purpose of this position is to provide a point of contact for all persons who visit or contact triOS ensuring that everyone feels good about their first impression. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day operations of the campus by assisting the Campus Director to ensure all administrative activities are current and up-to-date. The demands placed on this position require the successful candidate to be very friendly, confident, and organized.
The successful candidate will have 1 – 2 years of experience in record keeping, filing, and file management. Previous administrative experience is essential to success in this role. The ideal will be a customer focused and service oriented individual with excellent communication, problem solving, critical thinking, organization, and multi-tasking skills. Proficiency in MS Office applications is required. Preference will be given to those candidates with a post-secondary education.
Hours of Work:
This position is a permanent full-time opportunity working 40 hours per week. Hours of work will be scheduled as per the Campus Director.
The scheduled start for this opportunity is immediate.
Target compensation for this position is $31,2000 per year.
