Assistant Campus Director (Immediate, Full-time)

triOS College Business Technology Healthcare Inc. London campus is actively seeking a dynamic individual to join the campus team as Assistant Campus Director.

Primary Responsibilities:
The Assistant Campus Director provides support to the Campus Director in particular relating to providing leadership of the faculty at the London campus in relation to teaching and other academic and support activities.

Key responsibilities of this position include:
-Hiring and training of instructors for the London campus. Includes managing all required Ministry documentation.
-Recommending and implementing systems, policies and procedures that promote instructional efficiency.
-Working closely with the Campus Director to manage instructor scheduling.
-Working in conjunction with the Campus Director to resolve classroom concerns that relate to instructor performance.
-Actively involved in the performance management of instructors, including providing coaching, managing the instructor survey process, conducting classroom audits, completing annual performance reviews, and managing professional development needs.
-Approve time records for instructors weekly to ensure payroll is processed timely.
-Act as the liaison with the Academic Services team for instructors relating to the necessary classroom equipment, curriculum and Brightspace.
-Maintain a current and complete equipment inventory for all programs offered at the campus.
-Hire and train campus Network Technical Assistant’s (student position).
-Perform the role of Acting Campus Director when the Campus Director is away from the campus.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role you will have:
-A post-secondary diploma and/or degree.
-3+ years of management, operational and/or administrative experience is required.
-Proven leadership and interpersonal skills that enable you to successfully manage a team.
-Previous experience teaching in an adult education environment would be considered an asset.
-Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint is required.
-An understanding of the Private Career College Industry is preferred.

This position will require the successful candidate to have their own transportation, a valid driver’s license, and credit card.

Hours of Work:
This position is a permanent full-time opportunity. Campus hours are 7:30am–10:30pm, Monday to Friday. Hours of work for this position will be as agreed to with your Manager.

Evening work will be required from time-to-time to attend career fairs, open houses, business development networking events, and other events scheduled into the evening.
