Payroll Administrator - 4-Month Contract (Immediate, Full-time)
triOS College Business Technology Healthcare Inc. is actively seeking an individual to work with our Human Resources team as a Payroll Administrator at our Campus Support Centre, located in Mississauga, Ontario.
This is a 4-month temporary contract position to cover a leave of absence.
The primary function of this position will be to prepare and process the semi-monthly payroll for triOS College and Lifecycle Systems Corporation.
-Process semi-monthly ADP payroll using ADP Pay @ Work.
-Maintain accurate and current employee personnel files and spreadsheets.
-Administer the Group Registered Retirement Savings Plan program.
-Develop, communicate and interpret payroll policies and procedures to employees.
-Process Record of Employments.
-Prepare monthly headcount report.
-Sort and distribute T4s.
-Process year-end payroll adjustments.
-Other duties as assigned.
-Knowledge of payroll administration practices.
-2-3 years of office work experience, handling confidential information.
-Certified Payroll Professional designation is preferred.
-Knowledge of ADP Pay @ Work is considered an asset.
-Intermediate to advanced skills working with Excel and Word is required.
-Customer service oriented individual with excellent communication skills and demonstrated experience handling multiple priorities at any time.
4-month temporary contract position to cover a leave of absence.
This position will be based out of the Campus Support Centre in Mississauga.
The scheduled start is immediate.
