Program Administrator (November 2019, Full-time)
triOS College Business Technology Healthcare Inc., Hamilton campus is actively seeking a Program Administrator to join the campus administration team.
The primary purpose of this position is to provide a point of contact for all students, staff and visitors and manage program administration. The successful candidate will support day-to-day operations of the campus by assisting the Campus Director to ensure all administrative activities are current and up-to-date; manage and maintain inventory; prepare program reports; order uniforms; print missing attendance reports; maintain the diploma and transcript process; and other duties as required.
The successful candidate will have 1 – 2 years experience in record keeping, filing, and file management. Previous administrative experience is essential to success in this role. The ideal will be a customer focused and service oriented individual with excellent communication, problem solving, critical thinking, organization, and multi-tasking skills. Proficiency in MS Office applications is required. Preference will be given to those candidates with a post-secondary education.
Hours of Work:
This position is a permanent full-time opportunity. Hours of work will be assigned by the Campus Director.
The scheduled start for this opportunity is November 2019.
Target compensation for this position is $34,0000 per year.
