Test Centre Administrator (Immediate, Part-time)
triOS College Business Technology Healthcare Inc., Kitchener campus, is actively seeking a part-time Test Centre Administrator.
The primary responsibilities of this position include greeting all individuals upon arrival to the test centre and answering all incoming phone calls; ensuring proper storage of all candidates personal belongings; ensuring the test centre is set up for daily testers and cleaned up at the end of each day; ensuring testing client rules and regulations are followed; proctoring exams; registering and scheduling candidates for exams; and other responsibilities as assigned.
The ideal candidate will have at minimum one year of experience working in an office environment; intermediate to advanced MS Office skills; excellent English communication skills; ability to work competently with little supervision; and have strong organizational skills.
Hours of Work:
Hours of work will be scheduled between 7:30am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. Schedule is determined by the Campus Director and dependent on tests scheduled. Flexibility to allow for being called in with short notice will be considered an asset.
This position will be based out of the Kitchener campus.
The scheduled start for this opportunity is immediate.
