triOS College Announces Three New Bursaries to Unemployed Canadians

Mississauga, ON – triOS College Business Technology Healthcare announced the launch of three new bursaries to help Canadians whose employment has been negatively impacted by COVID-19. The Retail Bursary, the Manufacturing Bursary, and the Restaurant and Hospitality Bursary will provide those who have become recently unemployed in some of the hardest hit sectors of the economy. These new bursaries will provide new students with up to $1,500 towards their tuition.

“We know that a large number of Canadians are currently unemployed and thinking about new career choices” said Stuart Bentley, President, triOS College Business Technology Healthcare. “We are committed to helping those individuals take the first step toward a new career through education and we want to help new students use this time to train for their new career right away. Our Spring programs are starting through remote learning delivery, which allows new students to start their education safely and without delay.”

The new bursaries will provide new students with savings up to $1,500 based on the length of the program and will be made available for all programs greater than 25 weeks. Several programs for careers considered to provide an essential service and expected to be highly in demand in the near future are part of triOS’ program offerings which span across their Business, Healthcare, Law, Supply Chain, and Technology faculties.
