At triOS, we are committed to ensuring that every student feels confident and satisfied with their decision to study with us. That’s why we offer a stress-free start to your journey. If you decide not to continue with your program during the first week, you won’t be charged for tuition for that week—your peace of mind comes first!

Here’s what you need to know:

• If you withdraw within the first week, you’ll only be responsible for the cost of any books or materials you’ve received.
• To withdraw, simply notify your Campus Director in writing by Friday of the first week of scheduled classes.
• This offer is available to new students starting diploma programs who haven’t had their OSAP or Second Career funding released. It does not apply to returning students or those switching programs, or to students who have already received OSAP or Second Career funding.

Registration Deposit: Easy and Refundable

For all domestic students, a registration deposit of just $50.00 is required when enrolling. This deposit can be applied toward your tuition or materials fees. And the best part? It’s fully refundable if you decide not to attend triOS before your start date, no questions asked!

To cancel your enrollment and receive a refund, simply notify your Campus Director or Education Consultant in writing before your scheduled start date.

If you choose to withdraw during your first week and haven’t received any books or materials, your registration deposit will also be refunded. However, if you do receive books or materials, your deposit will be applied as partial payment for them.
