Apprenticeships: Earn While You Learn More About The Trade

April 29th, 2016 / By triOS College

Imagine this: you’ve just completed school with fairly good grades and now you are ready to enter the workforce. Yet, you can’t seem to land a job no matter how well you rocked those job interviews because you lack experience in your field. So how are you supposed to get hands-on career experience before you graduate, you ask? This is where apprenticeships step in. They are the perfect balance between theory and hands-on experience: the combination you need to get hired.

Through apprenticeships, you are given the tools you need to become a qualified and experienced employee after you graduate from college.

Apprenticeships make it easy to transition from the classroom and into the workforce because they give you the tools you need to be a qualified and experienced employee. While learning in a classroom has its benefits, it does not quite simulate real-life situations in the workplace. This is why it is highly recommended to get yourself out there to learn the practical skills you need. This way, you will be much more than just a novice when you get hired.
