The below-named participant hereby grants triOS Education Group-triOS College Business Technology Healthcare, and their affiliates the right to use their testimonial, name, image, and any media (photograph, video, or audio) for promotional, advertising, marketing, and public relations purposes, including but not limited to print materials, digital content, website use, broadcast, and social media.

Legal Consent & Release Terms

• I voluntarily provide this testimonial and confirm it represents my genuine experience at the College.
• I understand triOS College may edit the content for clarity or length but not in a way that changes the intended meaning.
• I understand that I may revoke this consent at any time in writing by contacting the College.
• I agree that my first name and program may be used publicly, but no full legal name, contact information, or private data will be published without additional written consent.
• I understand this testimonial may be used across various platforms, including printed materials, email campaigns, websites, and social media.
• I confirm that I am over the age of 18 and not under any legal or contractual disability to grant this consent.
