    In-Class: Instructor-led classes held in-person at one or more of our 8 campuses.
    Hybrid: Instructor-led classes on a set schedule held remotely on video over the Internet, with some courses delivered in-person at one of our 8 campuses.
    Remote: Instructor-led classes on a set schedule, held remotely live on video over the Internet.
    Online: Flexible schedule with a set weekly pace and the support of facilitators when you need it; delivered over the Internet.

    A student success advisor will act as coach and mentor for students throughout their program. The Student Success Advisor will inspire, motivate, and assist students.  The Student Success Advisor will strive to ensure the highest levels of student outcomes and program satisfaction are achieved.

    Student Success Advisors:

    • Meet regularly with students to review how the program is going, is the College meeting their needs, or if something could be improved upon.
    • Provide guidance and information to assist with any challenges or issues.
    • Identify students at risk or in crisis and proactively connect them with the appropriate resources and supports
    • Monitor and implement student accommodations
    • Initiate and provide ongoing guidance to students whose grades, attendance, and/or personal barriers put them academically at risk.
    • Provide guidance on personal issues with students and connect them to local counselling resources and/or the student assistance provider (where applicable).
    • Encourage and support students as they gain the skills and knowledge necessary for success.
    • Provide a trusting environment where students can share their thoughts, aspirations, concerns, and interests.
    • Assist students in developing an educational plan and strategies to improve student success.
    • Coach students towards independence and self-direction and maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices
