triOS College is committed to supporting our students with any technology issues they may encounter throughout their studies. We provide a single-point support experience through our new Service Desk Portal monitored by our amazing IT Support team. Students can access our Service Desk Portal by visiting https://gateway.trios.com/support/ for support with the following requests:

Our support hours are from 7:00AM to 10:00PM EST Monday to Friday. You may also reach our support team by calling 1-877-379-7999.

In addition to our IT Support team, campuses may have part-time student volunteers available to assist with technical issues. We refer to them as Network Technician Assistants (NTAs). These students are still learning about IT support and may not have all of the answers; however, they are able to help communicate issues to our IT Support team to assist in solving technical problems.
