“I went from zero… to my own hero. When I started the Massage Therapy program at triOS, I thought I’d be learning basic techniques to provide therapeutic care and promote physical wellness. It wasn’t easy, but it was worth it. There were tough days, tension in the classroom, moments I wanted to quit, but I stayed the course. I learned to speak up, lead, and grow through the struggle. triOS didn’t just teach me massage therapy, it built my confidence, discipline, and courage.”

After being a stay at home mom for more than 15 years, getting back into the work force was really difficult, triOS College has given me the confidence to step out of my comfort zone and become a part of the workforce.

After graduating from a bachelor of social work program I found myself desperately searching for work in an over saturated workforce. That’s when I decided to pursue my Personal support worker diploma from Trios. Knowing that this field was in high demand, I set my sights on my new career. 8 short months later, I took my NACC exam and one week later I was able to land a job working with a community care agency. Trios opened so many new opportunities for me and for that I am truly grateful.
